Cino Cinelli, a great professional cyclist with 15 years of pedaling experience and a special taste for mechanical “things”, decided to develop his brilliant ideas, which he had dreamed up over many kilometres on all types of roads. His name: Cino Cinelli.

Thirty years later, in 1978, Cino Cinelli handed the company over to António Colombo, who remains the sole owner of the brand. With a more visionary outlook, the company was transformed, and the “design made in Cinelli” inventions began to find their way around the world.
