Do I need an appointment to bring my bike in?
You can simply drop by the shop, but we recommend calling first (+351 919 382 520) or emailing, so we can fit you into the schedule and keep your wait short.
Do you work on all bike brands?
Yes. We carry brands like Merida, Colnago, Cinelli and BE-Veloo, but the workshop services and repairs bikes of any brand — road, mountain, city and trekking.
How long does a service take?
It depends on the condition of the bike and the work needed. After the diagnosis we give you a firm timeframe and a clear quote before starting anything.
